Summary
The part of the subject called "Meteorology ..." explains the basic processes in
atmosphere, respectively. troposphere. It characterizes the conditions of individual monitoring meteorological elements such as temperature, relative humidity, cloudiness, precipitation, evaporation, wind.
It statistically evaluates data collection and performs daily and annual analyzes selected meteorological elements.
In the second part of the course "...... climatology" explains climate, geographical factors . It also explains the concepts of macro, mesoclimate and microclimate. Climate of the Czech Republic.
Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit
Monitoring meteorology parameters for evaluation of climatology process.Processing of currently measured meteorological quantities and statistical processing of long-term climatological series.

Course Contents
1. Meteorology as a scientific discipline, climatology as a scientific discipline. Subjects and objects of study of these disciplines, differences.
2. Temperature as a meteorological and climatological element. Characteristics - quantities needed for practice. Daily and annual temperature in the Czech Republic, extreme values in the Czech Republic. Geographical factors of horizontal temperature changes.
