Summary
Basic terminology, rational prospection of hydrocarbon deposits, basic projection of hydrocarbon prospection, geological conditions of prospection, hydrodynamic conditions of prospection, arrangement of boreholes for exploration, boreholes calculation of hydrocarbon exploration in time, borders of hydrocarbon deposits and the influence for boreholes location, methods of stratum pressure maintain, modeling of new hydrocarbon exploration (oil and gas deposits), economy of oil and gas exploration, examples of projection, monitoring of exploration, ecological aspects of hydrocarbon exploration.
Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit
The aim of the course is to make students familiar with the possibilities and methods of optimal development of oil and gas deposits especially in connection with rational systems of layout of production wells in relation to various types of regime of operation in the deposit. Students will obtain basic knowledge enabling them to define individual used items of equipment and technological processes. They must be able to evaluate analytically input information, sort the information and differentiate it into significant and unessential. To apply then these habits in their further professional activities.
