Summary
Students will be acquainted with the characteristics and principles of international tourism. This is especially its importance from the point of view of the world economy, world tourist markets and its current problems. The second part will focus on new trends in world tourism, specifically in gastronomic, health, adventure and dark tourism and event tourism. Furthermore, in volunteer, wedding, film, space tourism as well as in tourism for the elderly and disabled and tourism focused on the LOHAS segment, sexual minorities - LGBT tourism and Kosher tourism and halal tourism (Halal tourism).
Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit
The aim of the course is to teach students to work with information related to international tourism in terms of its position, importance, problems and world markets, so that they are able to use the principles thus obtained in tourism practice. Another important aim of the subject is to teach students to work with new trends that are emerging in tourism. They should be able to use them in optimizing the activities of travel agencies and tourist organizations.

5. New trends in medical tourism
6. New trends in adventure and dark tourism
7. New trends in event tourism and volunteer tourism
8. New trends in wedding tourism
9. New trends in film tourism
10. New trends in space tourism
11. New trends in tourism of seniors and people with disabilities
12. New trends in tourism focused on the LOHAS segment and sexual minorities - LGBT tourism
13. New trends in Kosher and Halal tourism
