Summary
The course introduces students to the advanced features of AutoCAD. The main emphasis is on the acquisition of knowledge, enabling work with the AutoCAD program, at the level of an advanced user. The knowledge gained by completing the course "Advanced CAD functions for water management" will help students to streamline work in the processing of final theses in the AutoCAD environment.
Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit
Students after completing the course will be:
- able to work more efficiently with the AutoCad program,
- apply the acquired knowledge in other phases of the study,
- be able to use the advanced features of AutoCAD
- ready to work at the level of an advanced AutoCAD user

1. Introduction
2. Repeat the basic functions of AutoCAD
3. Advanced AutoCAD features
4. Modification of the working environment (buttons, panels, ribbons)
5. Backup and transfer of AutoCAD work environment
6. Working with layouts - publishing multiple layouts
7. Creation and manipulation of cutouts
8. Creating your own hatching patterns
9. Details of working with external references
10. Creation of blocks with attributes, exports of attributes
11. Creation of dynamic blocks
12. Basics of 3D in AutoCAD
13. Creation of final drawing documentation
