Salad buffet

Dear diners,

the more observant of you will have noticed that a new, as yet empty, trolley has appeared in the canteen.

We are looking forward to a hopefully warm summer, so many of you have no thought of traditional meals. That's why we've decided to spice up our summer menu with a "Salad bar". You can choose between:

• small salad bowl 250 g for 20 CZK
• large salad bowl 500 g for 45 CZK

You also have the option to choose a salad as a subsidised main course - these salads are on the menu and need to be ordered like any other meal.

And how to proceed if you order this salad?

You scoop your vegetables of choice into a large bowl at the salad bar and then come to the chef who will separately plate the other part of your meal (meat, cheese).

Each day you will have a choice of at least 4 fresh vegetables, sometimes we add a seasoned salad to spice things up.

In addition to fresh vegetables, a table of condiments and homemade dressings will be waiting for you.
