New course in the field of energy from PhD Academy

New courses led by foreign lecturers will offer interesting topics in the field of energy

Per Anders WIDELL (SWE), Deputy Director, Ministry of Environment and Energy.

The course on Gender Mainstreaming in Energy Policies will take place in April 2022.

Per-Anders Widell has worked for the Swedish Government's Energy Policy Department, part of the Ministry of Environment and Energy, since 2010.

His main responsibilities are within international collaboration, clean energy technologies and energy efficiency. Previously, Per-Anders worked as Sweden's Permanent Representative to the EU and the European Parliament in Brussels.

He holds a Master's degree in Economics from Linköping University and during his studies, he spent one year at the University of New Mexico, as part of an exchange programme, studying Political
Science and Portuguese.
