Summary
Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit
Student will be able to:
- describe legal order, to name particular legal fields and basic legal terms.
- comprehend principles of the public law and private law regulation and to explain differences
between them
- identify particular legal fields, deduce the rights and obligations of legal relations
participants and distinguish individual legal fields (private and public).
- apply gained knowledge when studying further legal subjects.
