The goal of the subject is to introduce the theoretical background of Business Administration as well as practical findings from the field of business. This subject is organized in LMS Moodle as form of E-learning. Students also solve case studies and play simulation game.

The goal of the subject is to introduce the theoretical background of business administration as well as practical findings about entrepreneurship. This subject is supported by e-learning course in LMS Moodle. Students are encouraged to also solve case studies and play a managerial simulation game.
The goals of the subject are:
1. To learn the basic theoretical findings about entrepreneurship and business administration.
2. To understand the basic of current business environment and legal aspects of business in different countries.
3. To describe different entrepreneurial characteristics and nature of the entrepreneurship.
4. To assess the already known stage of practical training experience, evaluate main factors of change of the present stage and knowledge of a company´s economy and management.
5. To understand the process of new venture creation and problems of start-up companies.
6. To handle and understand the basics of the economic decision-making, leading and managing processes in the present company.
7. Understand the nature of entrepreneurship and company management through experience with the managerial simulation game. |
