Summary
The course is focused on achieving general knowledge of capital markets. The overall aim of this course is to expand students understanding of the role and importance of the capital markets in facilitating the allocation of funds from investors to business and government.
Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit
The course is focused on acquiring basic knowledge of capital markets. After finishing the course students:

-can define basic functions of capital markets,
-will be familiar with capital markets subjects,
-will be able to distinguish capital markets products,
-will understand investment in capital markets,
-will grasp situation in capital markets.

Primary issue of securities
Collective investment
Subjects of capital markets, stock exchanges
