Basic information about problems of business management are shown in the subject instruction. A short information about management development and theoretical access is shown too.
Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit
1. To identify basic ideas, opinions, principles, conceptions and theories relating to management area.
2. To characterize manager, his activities, roles and responsibilities.
3. To describe classical and modern schools of management.
4. To clarify the principle and main atributes of present management.
5. To list and to explain basic managerial functions - planning, decision-making,
organizing, personnel management, leadership and motivation, control.
6. To clarify the principle and function of strategic management, ethics, corporate culture and social responsibility.
7. To clarify the principle of multinational and comparative management.
