Invitation to the June online seminar of the FIP Academy

We would like to invite researchers including PhD students of VSB-TUO to the next FIP Academy seminar, which will be held on Thursday, 2 June, 2022 from 14:00 to 15:00 via MS Teams. The language of discussion will be English.

Speakers:

• Aleš Vysocký and Stefan Grushko (Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, VSB-TUO): Improving Human-Robot Interaction
• Jakub Kořenek (Fraunhofer Institute for Machine Tools and Forming Technology IWU): Development of an Experimental Component and the Tools for Fundamental Investigations of Combination Hydroforming/Injection Moulding Technology

The FIP Academy, one of the activities of the Fraunhofer Innovation Platform for Applied Artificial Intelligence for Materials & Manufacturing at VSB - Technical University of Ostrava, is an intellectual platform which aims to connect the scientific and research staff of all of the partner institutions involved, i.e. the Fraunhofer Institute for Chemical Technology ICT, the Fraunhofer Institute for Machine Tools and Forming Technology IWU and VSB - Technical University Ostrava. These online seminars will give researchers an excellent opportunity to present their activities and research results, learn about their colleagues’ projects and scientific findings, and gain an awareness of current and potential future joint projects.
