This is a unique personalized course that aims to uncover unique innate personality strengths and weaknesses through Gallup®'s unique CliftonStrengths® methodology. The course is delivered by an external certified talent consultant in the form of individual meetings (offline or online at the participant's choice), during which the participant learns what he/she can build on in his/her professional and personal life and what is holding him/her back. This form of self-discovery will enable the participant to better succeed on the path to happier relationships, professional success and greater enjoyment of life. The course provides a foundation for the participant's continued skill development as each person's personality profile is consulted and grounded in the context of their own life.

Requirements for course completion: CliftonStrengths Self Assessment Test and completed both individual consultations.

CliftonStrengths34® Self Assessment - online testing for 45 minutes

STEP 2
2 individual consultations with a talent consultant/lecturer focusing on the use of personal potential in professional and everyday life. During the individual consultations, the participant will understand what elements of his/her personality influence his/her professional and practical life and will get tips on how this can be consciously balanced, as far as possible, and the most effective energy spent to achieve satisfaction and success. The outcome of the consultations is a personal development action plan, which each participant creates on his/her own after the consultations.
Online or in person according to personal preferences in the range of 2 hours (strengths) and 1,5 hours (weaknesses).
