Lessons are focused on broadening the knowledge of the area of non-military planning to ensure security. New procedures in the area of emergency planning, crisis planning, civil emergency planning, recovery planning, business continuity planning, and planning in the area of critical infrastructure protection are presented. In the area of critical infrastructure, attention is paid to critical elements, critical process and critical function. It is the case of study of system vulnerability, resilience and adaptability, criticality matrix. Decision support systems for critical infrastructure security, critical infrastructure continuity planning. Adequate attention is paid to security planning in the context of sustainable territorial development.
