Study specialization Economics and Law in Business

Information for applicants

You will learn how the law and economics influence each other, how to provide professional activities in both fields with the aim to obtain their maximum effectiveness. You will get to know how to start a business in different forms, how to found a trade company and acquire the trade license, how to analyze criminal-legal aspects of business, how not “to swallow the hook” when elaborating the trade contracts, how to handle the labour law from the point of employer and employee´s view, how to elaborate a qualified submission (application) for the authorities and courts, how to orientate in the Czech tax system.
