Information for applicants

The aim of the studies in Computer systems for industry of the 21st century degree programme is to educate bachelors as college-educated specialists for all areas of modern industry where computer systems are used. During their studies the students can gain a solid theoretical foundation and especially practical knowledge and skills enabling them to assert themselves immediately in practice. The graduates also have the option to continue in a related master's degree programme. The bachelor's degree programme, unlike other degree programmes at the FEI VSB-TU Ostrava, includes basic knowledge in the field of informatics and also basic knowledge of cybernetics and electronics needed for the graduates to be able to work in the sphere of applied computer science, especially in modern industry.
