Study programme Automotive Electronic Systems

The branch focuses primarily on the field of automotive electronic systems (AES) with regard to the hardware architecture of AES, for instance, the design and development of hardware, reverse engineering, measuring and testing of AES, software tools for AES (software development, software processes, programming, data processing, etc.), methods used in ensuring computer safety and the reliability of AES, quality control when designing AES, and software quality in AES. In teaching, emphasis is placed on hands-on training, which constitutes an essential part of the project-oriented study (in particular, starting from the third semester) and the realisation of Bachelor's theses linked to industrial practice.
