Subject syllabus
Předmět se zabývá spektrometrií s důrazem na hlavní spektrometrické parametry jako populace kvantových stavů, Einsteinova teorie spektrálních přechodů, Planckův zákon absorpce a emise plynů, podstata spektrálního charakteru absorpce a emise, mechanismy způsobující rozšíření linií, tvar linií jako zdroj informací, intensita, poloha a rozšíření spektrální linie, rovnice přenosu záření a její speciální případy, teoretické principy kvantitativní analýzy, teorie spektroskopického experimentu a základní principy experimentálních metod spektroskopie, mikrovlnná spektroskopie, rotační spektra a struktura molekul, vibrační spektroskopie, normální souřadnice a souřadnice symetrie, aplikace IČ a Ramanovy spektroskopie.
