Subject syllabus

st The behavior and properties of mixtures of flammable gases, flammable liquids, vapors, combustible dusts and mists. Basic knowledge curve blast, blast characteristics, explosion limit, maximum explosion parameters.
nd Effect of basic technical and safety parameters and operating characteristics of the explosion effects (initial temperature, pressure, ignition energy, state of motion of the mixture, the size and shape of containers, their interconnections, oxygen content, presence of hybrid mixtures, etc.) Propagation of pressure waves and their effect on the surrounding various working conditions.
rd Contemporary possibilities of active explosion prevention - Exclusion area, floating lid, layer pellets, foam stability, storage above or below the surface of the liquid, flammable substances influence, reduction of oxidative resource constraints and the influence of ignition sources.
th. Contemporary design possibilities of explosion prevention, explosion proof pressure vessels, tanks explosion proof nature, explosion venting, explosion suppression automatically, preventing the transmission of explosion and fire.
th Ability to create dangerous concentrations in normal operation, the evaporation of liquids, breathing tanks, leakage at odhermetizování.
th Explosive environment for starting and stopping of equipment, reliable equipment disconnected, purge, which is operated under the pressure.
th Ability to create dangerous concentrations in damage, leakage of flammable liquids, gas leaks, serious accident, dilution and dispersion of flammable substance, mixture deflagration, transition to detonation, shock waves spread, the effects of pressure on people and objects.
th Possible causes of damage that can be expected: mechanical causes - an increase of resistance in the pipeline, increase pressure by increasing the temperature, disruption of condensation, physical explosion, hydraulic shock.
th Damage to thermal effects - the influence of sediment expansion caused by thermal stress, the effect of temperature on the mechanical properties of steels. Corrosion damage.
th Ignition sources in the production processes and their limitations. Flame, spark, compression heat, hot surfaces, ignition, static electricity, electrical equipment, radiation, ultrasound ...
th Manufacturing processes and their risks and potential preventive protection. Gas.
th Metallurgy, mechanical engineering.
th Plastics processing, wood processing, food and agriculture.
th Reserve
