7. Human factor and its influence on safety, difference between safety I and safety II.
8. Group behavior, teamwork, creating safe habits.
9. Communication and its specifics in the field of safety.
10. Education in the field of OHS.
11. Psychosocial risks, stress and its management, burnout syndrome.
12. Conflicts and their solutions. Ethical issues in OHS.
13. Change management.
