1. Introduction to the subject, definitions of terms
Block I. Historical development of mutual assistance in Europe
2. The origins of mutual assistance Providing financial assistance
3. Access to help the poor in the Middle Ages
4. Organization of helping the poor in the time of the end of the Second World War
Block II. Modern forms of aid (humanitarian, charitable and volunteer assistance)
5. Charity assistance on Christian foundations - goals, means (selected organizations - ADRA, Charity of the Czech Republic ...)
6. Development assistance, such as the prevention of refugees, with an emphasis on the situation in Europe
7. Humanitarian aid for large-scale emergencies (selected organizations Czech Red Cross, People in Need ...)
8. Coordination of international emergency assistance, major actors in the area (UNHCR, UNICEF, UNOCHA ...)
Block III. Organization of volunteer, humanitarian and charitable assistance in the Czech Republic
9. Volunteering in the Czech Republic - legal framework, environmental analysis
10. Plan to involve volunteers in emergency response
11. Collaboration of humanitarian organizations with crisis staffs, software tools for collecting information from the field
