-Definition of organizational effectiveness and its models.
-International Human Resource Management, expatriates.
-The importance and role of culture in management and the concept of multicultural management.
-Internationalization and globalization of organizations and multicultural engagement management.
-The concept of national culture and mentality, the elements of national culture.
-Significance of differences between national cultures for Managers.
-Models of national cultures and their use in managerial practice, national cultural differences, cultural dimensions.
-The issue of dealing with cultural otherness and overcoming culture shock.
