3. Enterprise threat analysis, crisis matrix compilation for vulnerability detection.
4. Crisis management (signals, tools, remedies, resources, stakeholders, revitalization).
5. Early Warning System (purpose, indicators, creation).
6. Crisis plan (content, creation).
7. Crisis team (composition, responsibility of members, activites before, during and after crisis, types of training).
8. Choice of crisis strategy, key points of business recovery strategy.
9. The final solution of the crisis (continue or end of the business).
10. Crisis communication, communication strategy.
11. Key points for creating a crisis management system in an enterprise.
12.Crisis model and its application.
