3. Sources of law, legal norm, concept, structure and elements. Classification of legal norms and their characteristics. Forms of implementation of legal norms, concept of legal relationship.
4. Interpretation of law. Application of law. Legal responsibility.
5. Public law.
6. Private law.
7. Law in the world of business and commerce. Business of natural and legal persons.
8. Business corporations I
9. Business corporations II
10. Commercial contracts
11. Law against unfair competition, unfair commercial practices, protection of competition
12. Labour law. Concept, sources, employment relations, employment relationship.
13. Entrepreneur and consumer.
