- internal structure of legal regulation, legal norms force, legislative process including possible deviations, legal regulations publishing, legal information systems
- legal processes (civil process, criminal process, administrative process, financial process, tax process)
- legal regulations of public law and their impact on economicy and entrepreneurship I. (legal regulations of constitutional law, criminal regulations etc.)
- legal regulations of public law and their impact on economicy and entrepreneurship II. (administrative law, financnial law etc.)
- legal regulations of private law and their impact on economy and entrepreneurship I. (civil regulations, copyrights etc.)
- legal regulations of private law and their impact on economy and entrepreneurship II. (commercial law, labour law regulations etc.)
- trade licence and regulations connected to it
- accounting, banking, insurance, cooperative credit unions,
- selected present problems I.: „Švarcsystém“ and others
- selected present problems II.: changes connected to the new Civil Code
