1. Economics of logistics.
2. Decoupling point, logistics mix, push-pull systems, postponement.
3. Analysis of customers and logistic services differentiation.
4. Theory of constraints and its utilization in logistics.
5. Introduction to standardization of material consumption and labour consumption.
6. Inventory control (inventory analysis incl. ABC analysis, inventory models).
7. Logistics in purchasing.
8. Manufacturing planning and control (MRP technique, DBR system, Kanban, ERP and APS systems.
9. Concept of lean manufacturing and lean supply chain.
10. Selected topics of distribution logistics.
