Subject syllabus
1. Know the basic theoretical and legislative knowledge.
2. Understand the nature, role and functions.
3. Identify the main targets.
4. Rate knowing state practice, to appreciate the main factors change the
status quo and the knowledge, to propose specific procedures.
5. Grasp and understand the nature of the owner of consulter, economic
decision-making, leadership and management in consltancy.
6. Familiar with the theory and practice consultar, to apply the theoretical
knowledge into practical proposals and recommendations fictitious
consulting company (the semester work)
