1. Summary of objectives and principles of logistics. Relations among continuous time, batches and work-in-process inventory.
2. Standardization of material consumption and labour consumption.
3. Economics of logistics.
4. Decoupling point, logistics mix, push-pull systems, postponement. Analysis of customers and logistic services differentiation.
5. Theory of constraints and its utilization in logistics.
6. Logistics in purchase.
7. Inventory kontrol (prediction of demand, inventory analysis incl. ABC analysis, inventory models).
8. Manufacturing planning and control (MRP technice, DBR systém, Kanban, ERP and APS systems).
