1. Economics of logistics.
2. Decoupling point, logistics mix, push-pull systems, postponement.
3. Analysis of customers and logistic services differentiation.
4. Standardization of material consumption and laboure consumption.
5. Theory of constraints and its utilization in logistics.
6. Logistics in purchasing.
7. Inventory control (prediction of demand, inventory analysis incl. ABC analysis, inventory models).
8. Manufacturing planning and control (MRP technice, DBR systém, Kanban, ERP and APS systems).
9. Concept of lean manufacturing.
10. Selected problems of distribution logistics.
