2. Problems and risks of supply chains, negative chains effects.
3. Principles of process organization and control. Decision making about supply chains oering and capacity.
4. Application of theory of constraints in supply chains organizing and control.
5. Criteria and tools for process and supply chains analysis.
6. Concepts focused on integration, coordination and sychronization of flows.
7. Kinds of actions aimed on risks mitigation, resilience and agility in supply chains.
8. Approaches to improvement of process- and supply chains performance.
9. Advanced techniques and tools for process organization, for quality management and time processing.
