4. Capital budgeting - introduction, stages, project cash flows estimation for leveraged/unleveraged project.
5. Capital budgeting - criteria, decision rules, sensitivity analysis, appraisal of mutually exclusive projects.
6. Operating cycle of a company and its analysis.
7. Working capital management.
8. Operating, financial and total leverage of a company.
9. Cost of capital - introduction, cassification, factors affecting costs of capital.
10. Cost of capital - quantification of cost of equity, cost of debt, tax shield.
11. Theory of the capital structure optimization.
12. Costs and costing - introduction, costs classification.
13. Costing techniques - application of selected costing techniques.
14. Financial risk management - introduction, description of selected tools and techniques of financial risk management.
