Subject syllabus

1. Introduction to Computer Science - Information, computer science, information systems, processes, information and communication technology, the introduction of personal and business informatics.
2. The structure of the personal computer, meaning and context of resources. Mobile ICT.
3. Computer hardware, basic PC components - motherboard, processor, memory. External memory. Input and output devices.
4. Software equipment, operating systems. Application and user software, programming languages.
5. Computer networks. Basic principles of communication in computer networks. Terminology, network topology, technical means of computer networks. Network models (TCP / IP, ISO / OSI) and protocols.
6. Internet and means of access to the Internet. Internet topology and basic services. The domain name system.
7. Internet services, web, searching.
