Osnova předmětu

The main topics of the course are:
1. basic characteristics of SIS, information technology, information systems, information management, components of information management;
2. Concepts of gaining strategic advantage through IT, IT architecture, IS strategy formulation, IS implementation strategy;
3. information system planning processes, process structure and content;
4. IS design and implementation, Balanced Scorecard (BSC) as a modern approach to strategic management, performance management and its relationship to BSC.
