Subject syllabus

• Basic concepts, objectives and means of information policy of the CR: an information system of public administration, protection and information security, public information services, support education in science, development of information technologies, negative impacts of information and information technology on society.
• IS public administration: the introduction of mandatory standardization, achieving a single procedure, the introduction of certification and attestation, registration information systems of state administration.
• Electronic signatures, encryption.
• Use information technology to improve decision-making processes. Support for public administration - filing service.
• Legislative Standards - Act ISIS certifikaxce IS operated by the state administration and legislation in relation to the use of global information networks in public administration, selection, etc..
• Public information services - the development of public awareness, providing information in public administration, streamline citizen access to information from the public administration.
• Process analysis in public administration.
• Basics of Geoinformatics and presentation of spatial data with data from non-graphical parts of the information system.
