Lectures:
1st Introduction, explanation of basic concepts, history upl, legislation CR
2nd Urbanism as a tool of planning
3rd Objectives and tasks of planning, planning documents, policy Spatial
Development, limits land use
4th Types of planning documents - their purpose
5th Planning documents - procurement, approval and binding
6th The zoning and measures, building control, expropriation
7th Application of the general technical requirements for the construction of the
territorial nature (types of buildings, barrier-free buildings, their placement,
impact on environment)
8th The spatial arrangement of networks of technical leadership and
representation in planning documentation
9th Buffer zones and protected areas
(upl species protection, buffer zones of mineral deposits,
natural medicinal resources and spas, water resources and water
buildings, transport buildings, airports, utilities, buildings and industry
agriculture)
10th Protecting the countryside, agricultural land, forests, land-use system
ecological stability
11th Protection of particularly valuable areas - protection of immovable cultural
monuments, of protected areas, nature conservation and landscape
12th Trends in land-use planning, strategic plans
13th Contemporary issues in Planning
14th reserve

exercise:
The content of each exercise builds on the lectures (legislation, content of planning documents, zoning in urban areas, infrastructure, etc.)
The need for processing two seminar works.
