3. VRN construction, assembly and engineering activities
4. General construction budget
5. Development of the total construction cost, bid price
6. Valuation of project work
7. The market economy, glossary of selected terms
8. Economy in construction-management firms, economic concepts
9. Trading in construction, product, work
10. Structure and classification of company costs
11. Calculations, definitions, objectives, calculation formula
12. Convergence to the EU in the construction industry in the CR
13. The history and construction prices in the CR
14. Valuation of land and property

Syllabus Exercises:
- orientation of students in the building plans in terms of inventory assessment report
- Clarification of technological principles in relation to the valuation, selection of items
- inclusion of construction work on building components
- breakdown by HSV and PSF
- Valuation of non-standard procedures (R-pol., subcontracting, etc.)
- Familiarity with the financial software "Power Build" from the rts Brno
- Snack budget build specific custom actions for each student
- VRN application according to the conditions of each building
