Subject syllabus

Lectures
1st The importance of buildings for energy supply in the technical infrastructure and regional development.
2nd Energy production from non-renewable and renewable resources. Overview of regulations.
3rd Power supply - design, calculation of the need for electricity, power supply, types of electrical systems, power distribution to consumers, objects.
4th Supplying energy gases - concept, types of fuel gases and their sources, calculation of gas, gas storage, gas distribution to consumers. System of gas distribution systems, objects.
5th Heat supply - the concept, types of thermal media and a heat source, the calculation of heating demand, heat distribution to consumers. Systems of distribution of heat and hot water (DHW), objects.
6th Materials and methods of storage underground and overhead power lines.
7th Protective structures and safety zones for power. Spatial arrangement of line equipment.

8th Economy of operation and construction of buildings and for power management. Use of collectors. Corrosion protection of underground power lines. Technical drawings of internal distribution of electrical wiring, gas, heat, technical-economic indicators for power structures.
