regional planning; main issue of regional planning;
planning and industrial revolution; 19-th century
agglomerations in Europe; 21-th century high-tech
and services regions in EU; specifications of planning
in EU countries; planning methods and the role of the
planner; European Spatial Development Perspective and
ESPON;
semester practise:
- study of a housing development 1:1000, 1:500;
- planning system comparrison – the analysis of the
system of planning process
