Subject syllabus

The course focuses on management issues in the area of investments in the context of the development area. It is based on the idea that investment creates added value for the region and its potential for overall development.
The course deals with the classification of investments and the overall model of the investment process, the specifics of the preparatory phase of the investment cycle. Emphasis is also placed on the economic aspects of the design, implementation and operation of investment, investment efficiency (commercial and public kind), synergy effects and evaluation of investment in relation to the development of communities and regions.
