Subject syllabus

Within this course, students of the field of "Building Materials and Building Diagnostics" work on their diploma thesis under the guidance of a thesis supervisor. The teaching includes the methodology of creating a research and working with sources for a diploma thesis, familiarization with basic research and investigation methods with an emphasis on taking into account sustainable construction, and expanding knowledge and competences in typical and advanced building materials in the context of the use of advanced methods, which include, for example, the use of microscopy, advanced diagnostic methods of 3D scanning and additive technologies.
