Special Methods in Geomechanics

Type of study Follow-up Master
Language of instruction Czech
Code 224-0245/01
Abbreviation SMG
Course title Special Methods in Geomechanics
Credits 2
Coordinating department Department of Geotechnics and Underground Engineering
Course coordinator doc. Ing. Petr Koníček, Ph.D.

Subject syllabus

The course should acquaint students with some new, progressive methods used in the field of geomechanics and geotechnical engineering. In the field of in situ measurements, it is primarily to monitor the state of the rock mass in terms of fundamental characterization of deformation and stress state of the environment in the structures massif.
