The program of lectures

Week lectures
1 Meaning and tasks of technical diagnostics. Terminology. Diagnostic
parameters. Technical Diagnostics Methods: parametric methods
diagnostics.
2 Methods of technical diagnostics: Vibrodiagnostics, measurement and
evaluation of vibration, vibroacoustic diagnostics. Thermodynamic method.
3 The methods of technical diagnosis: tribotechnical - tribodiagnostics
degradation of lubricating oils, machinery wear tribodiagnostics
systems.
4 Reliability of hydraulic components and equipment.
5 Technical Means of diagnosis: distribution. Sensors variables:
requirements metrological characteristics. Calibration
sensors.
6 sensors diagnostic variables: pressure, flow, temperature, runway,
speed.
7 Sensors seven diagnostic variables: speed, strength,
torque, speed, noise and vibration. Multi-sensor and evaluation
systems.
8 Diagnosis of hydro, rotary motors, linear
motors, compressors, pneumomotorů, pressure valves, switchboards
and other flow elements.
9 Simulation of operation. Diagnostics of hydraulic systems. Monitoring
machines.

1 Examples of a means of technical diagnostics in the laboratory department. Introduction to measurement and evaluation system Hydrotechnik M 5000.
2 Diagnosis of two rotary hydraulic motor and switchgear. Measurement of cavitation in hydraulic variables measuring system M Hydrotechnik 5000.
3 Programme 1: Diagnosis of a hydraulic drive with hydraulic rotary measuring system M Hydrotechnik 5000. The program can receive up to 10 points.
4 Programme 2: Project technical diagnostics of the system.
The program can receive up to 10 points.
5 Diagnostics working fluids. Measurement of modulus of liquids.
Program No. 3: Measurement of fluid viscosity programmable Brookfield rotational viscometer. The program can receive up to 8 points.
6 Agenda No. 4: Calibration of pressure sensor piston gauge. Calibration indukčnostního encoder. The program can receive up to 7 points.
7 Examples of computing reliability indexes.
8 Measurement of vibration.
9 Measurement of ultrasonic distance sensor. Credit.
