Subject syllabus

The course focuses on the modeling of flow with heat and mass transfer:
- Theoretical bases of mass, momentum and heat transfer for turbulent flow.
- Using the finite volume method for solving a system of equations describing the flow
- Modelling of non-isothermal flow with heat transfer.
- Models of multiphase flow, cavitation and flow of discrete particles.
- Methods of solution flow with chemical reactions, combustion of fuels, etc.
- Practical Applications in software Fluent
- Numerical modeling of practical problems. application for task of wrapping obstacles, natural convection flow and admixture and material particles, heat transfer wall.
