Lectures Program
1. Introduction to the subject, the definition of basic concepts.
2. Introduction to a market economy - economics and the economy, market mechanism,
formation rates, competition, stand in a market economy.
3. Enterprise and business - business and entrepreneurial activity, business, types of
business, entrepreneurship and business in commercial law, business organization, management and
disappearance of the business.
4. The production process in the company - production factors and bound in
business combination as the production process, breakdown company.
5. Enterprises in the service sector - services and their characteristics.
6. Fundamentals of Production - preparation of production factors, the study of scientific method.
7. The course work and working time, workplace organization, technical
methods, rationalization and automation of manufacturing activities.
8. course of production - planning, planning phase during production.
9. Costs and benefits of business - costs and benefits of the company, the dependence of costs
the amount of power.
10. Personnel policy enterprise - organization and tasks, planning
personnel development, personnel changes, training and education.
