1. Introduction to the subject; definition of basic concepts.
2. The nature of the enterprise and business activity in transport.
3. Asset and capital structure of transport companies.
4. Enterprise assets and their financing.
5. Efficiency in transport and its fundamental categories: expenditures and costs; cost classification (calculation-based and dynamic).
6. Sales revenue, income, and profit.
7. Financial accounting in transport: financial statements and their analysis.
8. Methods of enterprise financing.
9. Investments and their efficiency in transport.
10. Financial analysis.
11. Managerial decision-making: identification, analysis, and formulation of decision problems.
12. Managerial decision-making: selection of criteria, generation of alternatives, and determination of consequences.
13. Managerial decision-making: evaluation of alternatives and selection of the optimal option.
