Eddressing real-world logistics challenges in collaboration with an industrial partner, covering the following selected aspects:

Extension of the multi-criteria carrier evaluation model with additional criteria
For example, incorporating the environmental footprint of transportation, long-term price stability, or the level of digitalization of the provider’s logistics processes.

Implementation of advanced analytical tools
Such as the use of simulation models or predictive analytics for planning transport capacities and identifying potential logistical risks.

Integration of logistics information systems (e.g., TMS, WMS, ERP)
Enabling automated transport planning, more efficient inventory management, and better coordination between warehouses, carriers, and customers.

Expansion of the logistics model to include the international supply chain
Including optimization of multimodal transport (combining maritime, air, and road transport).

Utilization of modern Logistics 4.0 technologies
Such as IoT sensors, GPS tracking, or big data analytics, which enable real-time shipment monitoring and increase the transparency of logistics processes.

Analysis and optimization of transport routes
