1. The Airline as an Economic Entity (the origins of airlines’ economic development, liberalization of the airline market).
2. Pricing of Services (key factors influencing pricing—business models, quantitative methods used in pricing).
3. Overbooking as a Source of Airline Revenue.
4. Airline costs, the airline cost calculation formula.
5. Strategies and financing for aircraft purchases.
6. Evaluation of service quality and airline competitiveness, economic indicators for airlines, airline benchmarking.
7. Airports as economic entities (organizational and ownership structures, business models of different types of airports).
8. Economic regulation and financing of airports (airport fee policies, EU rules on state aid to airports, and market liberalization), airport costs, and the airport operator’s cost calculation formula.
9. Evaluation of service quality and airport competitiveness, economic indicators for airports, airport benchmarking.
10. Air navigation service providers as economic entities (organizational and ownership structures, business models, fee systems, ICAO principles on air navigation service charges, air navigation service charges in EU countries).
11. Cost and revenue management for air navigation service providers, the air navigation service provider’s cost calculation formula, and benchmarking among air navigation service providers.
12. Evaluation of the quality of services provided and the competitiveness of air navigation service providers; economic indicators for air navigation service providers; benchmarking of air navigation service providers.
