Subject syllabus
Confirmation (for both variants of entering the course - winter and summer) must be on company letterhead and must contain:
1) Name, surname and personal identification number to the student, the branch
2) Score of practice (at least the required 10 days per semester)
3) Time schedule practice (specifically which days of the week and how many weeks or what blocks, etc.)
4) Contents of the practice in company
5) Bachelor thesis (structure, content)
6) Name and function of the company consultant
7) The name and signature of company representative
