Osnova předmětu

1. Introduction to the course (introduction to the program of lectures and seminars, literature, scoring). Effect of heat treatment on the properties and structure of the material (definition and importance of forming technology, the basic mechanisms of plastic deformation, the critical shear stress, hardening material, strengthening curves, influence of fundamental factors on plastic deformation - the influence of the structure, temperature, friction, stress and strain rate)
2. Bulk forming (open and closed die forging, forging basic operations, types of technological process of forging, the main types of forging machines, design drawing, principles for cutting plane
3. Sheet metal forming (the benefits of technology, basic methods of solid cold forming, and calculate the relative logarithmic deformation, strengthening curves
4. Surface cutting (basic operations, surface cutting, cutting area, the gap size of cutting, the calculation of the shear area
5. Drawing sheet (breakdown drawing, drawing without wall thinning, technological parameters of drawing - the shape and size of the blank, the number of drawing operations and their graduation
6. Bending (classification of bending operations, bending narrow and wide rods, strengthening of the material during bending, technological parameters of bending
7. Casting, foundry sand mixture (basic components, the distribution of molding materials, molding materials testing, treatment of molding materials
8. Unconventional forming technologies
9. The basic terms in branch of welding, safety rules (weld joint types, kind of welded structures, designation of welds on drawings, basic welding methods, welding positions, heat sources at welding)
10. Thermal cycles of welding (thermal cycles, thermal cycles determination, consequence of thermal cycles, heat affected zone, regions of heat affected zone
11. The welding process classification (the base group of welding, the main energy source at welding, the base welding methods carried out by electric arc, the base welding methods carried out by electric resistence
12. Manual metal arc welding with covered electrode (regions of the electric arc, welding parameters, function of electrode
13. Submerged arc welding (principle, welding parameters, filler materials, equipment, applications)
14. Imperfections of welded joints, introduction to the welded joints testing - NDT
