Subject syllabus

Basic subject for masters (engineering) study "Mechanical engineering" with
concentration on welding. Table of contents of the subject are physical,
chemical and metallurgical processes influence weldability of materials,
properties of welded joints and formation of defects in welded joints. Subject
inluded also theoretical background thermal cutting, soldering and brazing of
materials. The students will also in the subject inform about
weldingheterogeneous materials, cast iron and cast steel, non-ferrous metals
and plastic matters.
