7th Fundamentals of quality management - quality characteristics, quality spiral, the cost of quality.
8th Fundamentals of Quality Management (basic concepts, quality features, quality spiral, the cost of quality, quality management concept)
9th Statistical methods in quality management.
10th Control charts (measurements, attributes)
11th Fundamentals of statistical sampling
12th Evaluation of process capability, manufacturing equipment, measuring devices - capability indices
13th Quality Handbook. Order of Business metrology
14th The human factor in quality control
